  1. 2005-2007 : Project "Establishment of a regional network in mathematics" within the Single Programming Document 2000-2006 of Guadeloupe for 2005-2007, for a total amount of 138 601 euros (of which 60 056 euros from UAG)

Ongoing projects

  1. 2006-2009 : Project "SARMAC" (Support for research in applied mathematics in the Caribbean), within the framework of the Regional Cooperation Fund (FCR) of Guadeloupe, financed jointly by FCR, territorial councils, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy of France in Cuba, CIMPA, the MODE-SMAI group, UAG and the University of Havana, aimed at implementing the REALMA project in the Carribean (Cuba, Haiti, Dominican Republic), total amount 193 885 euros (of which 37 900 euros from l'UAG)
  2. 2007-2008 : Project "PAMAL" (Action Plan in Applied Mathematics), part of the Single Programming Document 2000-2006 of French Guiana for regional cooperation, with co-financing from FEDER and CNES, aimed at implementing REALMA activities in Latin America, total amount 53 000 euros (of which 20 000 euros from UAG)
  3. 2007-2009 : Project "MOD" (Mathematical Optimization and Decision), within the framework of the Franco-Peruvian network RAUL PORRAS BARRENECHEA (RPB), funded by the Embassy of France in Peru and DREIC, involving IMCA (Peru), Blaise Pascal University and the University of Perpignan, aimed at mobility of researchers and jointly supervised doctorants between France and Peru, total amount 22 500 euros
  4. 2007-2009 : Project Math-Haïti (Teaching Mathematics at Bachelor's and Master's Levels in the Caribbean), under the Regional Cooperation Fund (FCR) of Guadeloupe, co-financed by FCR, the Embassy of France in Haiti, UAG and the State University of Haiti, aimed at introduction of the UAG Master's program, total amount 93 467 euros (of which 29 931 euros de l'UAG)
  5. 2008-2010 : Project MATAPPLI (Master's in Applied Mathematics in Latin America - Caribbean) in the Latin American program PREFALC, with partners such as the University of Havana (Cuba), IMCA (Peru), the University of Valle (Colombia) and the University of Perpignan, aimed at cooperation at Master's level,total amount 31 820 euros (of which 18 020 euros from participating partners and other projects)

Proposed projects

  1. 2010-2012 : Project "VPA"(Variational problems and applications) in the South-American scientific cooperation program Math-Amsud, with partners such as PLADEMA-CONICET (Tandil, Argentina), UFRJ (Rio, Brazil), UTFSM (Valparaiso, Chile), IMCA (Lima, Perou) and University of Perpignan (project rejected in 2008, re-submission)
